Welcome to "Baby Nurture", the perfect blend of parent wellness, baby massage & baby yoga into one lovely class - helping to support and nurture your well-being just as much as your baby's!
🌸 Tuesdays at 12 noon - 1.15pm
🌸 At Packington Memorial Hall, Packington, near Ashby
This is a block of 4 sessions on: starting Tuesday 11th Feb.
Each session includes around 30-40 mins of baby massage, up to 10 mins of baby yoga, plus parent focused wellbeing activities including discussion, shares and making a toy for baby. The session finishes with social time for a hot drink, biscuit and chat.
You'll get the most from these sessions when your baby is aged from around 4 weeks to about 4-5 months.
Over the 4 or 5 week course, you will learn massage techniques for different parts of baby:

🌸 Face
🌸 Back
And help with a range of ailments and discomforts including:

You can join from:
3-4 weeks old (or sooner if you feel ready but we won’t use oil until 4 weeks)
Please note any missed sessions cannot be reimbursed. If I have to cancel, I will offer catch-up/drop-in session dates.

What’s special about Birth & Bloom's Baby sessions?
As a Mum of 3, I understand what it's like to be a new mum and trying to adjust to life with a new baby, whether it's your first or your fifth... I know how intense being a new parent can be!
My approach to baby classes is to nurture both you, the parent, as well as your baby.
I look forward to welcoming you and your gorgeous new baby to these lovely parent and baby massage and yoga sessions!

Payment
Your place is secured by full payment of the fees in advance of starting the course.
Missed sessions
In the event of a missed session by a participant, the session is non-refundable.
In the unlikely event of a session cancellation or course cancellation by Danielle Freshwater of Birth & Bloom attempts will be made to reschedule. If this is not possible, or alternative dates cannot be agreed, a full refund of the total fee will be given.
Breaks in the blocks
Birth & Bloom reserve the right to pause a block booking and will give as much notice possible for any sessions that are planned to be postponed. Participants will not lose a session, the block will be resumed as soon as possible and any sessions the participant cannot attend due to the pause in classes, will be refunded.
