Pregnancy Yoga with
Hypnobirthing Techniques

These gorgeous sessions are designed to nurture and support you throughout pregnancy. Taught by me, Dani, with 7 years experience supporting expectant parents with hypnobirthing antenatal classes and yoga.

 

 From learning relaxation techniques to help you feel calm and relaxed during your baby's birth (whatever type of birth it may be), to getting you more informed about how birth works, these sessions are so much more than just yoga. Which by the way, is pretty good at preparing your for birth and keeping you flexible, strong and relieving ailments as bump grows.

 

 You'll connect with a like-minded community of other Mums-to-be and share the highs and lows of pregnancy. Together each week, you'll feel supported and will feel more relaxed, calm and prepared for baby’s birth.

Moves are suitable for 2nd and 3rd trimesters, you can join after your first NHS scan.

Available at No.13 Market Place, Shepshed (pictured below) and

St. Helen's Community Centre in Ashby de la Zouch.

Book in blocks of 6 consecutive sessions and continue as long as you like.

What's Included?

​Each session is designed with you in mind, taking any ailments into consideration, such as pelvic girdle pain.

 

Enjoy around 40 mins of yoga and relaxation plus time to get to know other mums-to-be.

  • Weekly shares to get to know others in the group

  • Birth Topics - to get you more informed about birth. These include how the uterus works in labour, how you can help your body to birth more comfortably, birth positions, birth plans and choices, relaxation techniques for all types of birth and so many more

  • Hypnobirthing breathing techniques for all types of birth

  • ⁣⁣Stretch out tension and learn exercises which strengthen muscles to support your growing bump, plus relieve ailments and improve stamina for labour⁣ and birth⁣⁣⁣

  • Hypnobirthing relaxation to enhance calmness and positivity as you approach birth

  •  Time to socialise and get to know others over drinks and biscuits

  •  Whatsapp group 

  •  Follow on to baby classes with me and the fellow mamas you’ve already got to know during pregnancy
