BABY & ME YOGA
Have fun with your baby whilst supporting your postnatal recovery, through yoga songs and moves for you both.
Get to know like-minded Mamas/parents and feel calmer, connected and part of a community.
Suitable from 6-8 weeks post vaginal birth and 12 weeks post Caesarean, up to baby crawling.
Classes are held in Ashby on Tuesdays and at No.13 Market Place, Shepshed on a Wednesday

Baby yoga stretches, swings, holds & songs (often includes a themed week)

Mini-photoshoot for you and baby taken at the end of a block. Taken either by me, Dani or if we're lucky, sometimes a professional photographer from whom you can purchase images if you'd like to
